The “Top Two” designation is reserved for the elite top 2% of producers from among nearly 3,000 CBC-affiliated sales professionals in the CBC organization worldwide.

Bruce, a Senior Advisor who ranked 57th nationally, has also been named the #1 CBC-affiliated sales professional in the State of Tennessee for the same period. This ranking is based on gross commission income.

One of Bruce’s most notable transactions in 2021 was Do-it-Yourself Storage in Dandridge, TN. The climate controlled storage facility consisted of 413 units and 43,675 net rentable square feet. The property sold for $4,300,000. This was one of 6 self-storage facilities Bruce sold in 2021 along with numerous multiple family assets.  Additionally, Bruce just sold Sophia Gardens Townhome Apartments in Sevierville for $3,875,000 and Sutherland Flats Apartments in Knoxville for $3,000,000. These sales closed on April 1, 2022.

This honor is given to the top-ranking producers among all CBC-affiliated sales professionals.
